Reliable Pantry Staple

This is now a staple for me in my pantry. I mix it with cold water and drink it immediately after mixing. The orange sugar free flavour is tolerable and the powder doesn't occupy a lot of space vary with the size you get. I also love that it's FSA/HSA eligible via Smart FSA. No frills, just a useful fiber supplement I can take on a regular basis.

Clumps If You Rush It

The product is good but if you pour the powder too fast, it will clump. I find that the best results are achieved if I stir while adding it slowly. The orange flavor is passable and I like that it has no sugar. I don't find it a very tasty drink, but it's not difficult to get used to taking it on a regular basis. I will probably continue to use it, as it suits my needs.

Fits My Morning Routine

I added this to my daily routine in the mornings and I'm happy with it. The instructions are easy, and I like that it's only a minute to make. The orange is a mild flavour, not too overpowering. I use cold water and stir fast, it stays smoother. The jar also keeps well in the pantry. For a sugar fiber supplement, this one has been pretty good.

Good But Slight Aftertaste

Overall this is a good quality fiber powder. The orange flavor is better than the plain psyllium, but there is a slight sugar-free aftertaste. Not bad enough to stop using it. What I like about this product is that the rounded teaspoon makes it easy to measure and you can easily stir it into a full glass of water. My advice: consume immediately as the texture changes rapidly once it is left sitting.

Smaller Size Is Convenient

I got the smaller size initially as I did not want to end up with a huge tub unless I liked the product. The orange taste is not too bad and the powder dissolves really well if you add enough water. I store it right by my coffee stuff so I see it every morning. It is not like a I drink it spiel away because it is getting thick, but is easy to handle if you take it as adviced.
